Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your mail accounts and mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one email box to another, activate email filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mail accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted e-mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you want to redirect mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
